Documentation Support
- Design and update of batch processing records to allow ease of use for personnel while ensuring compliance with appropriate standards.
- Documentation control on a project basis, where we provide personnel to assist clients on a temporary basis, e.g. during start up or busy periods.
- Review and correction of completed batch records. We provide this service on a contract basis, including tracking of recurring errors and feedback to production and quality personnel to improve documentation completion and reduce batch review times.
- Preparation and analysis of Right First Time data. This is used to measure the accuracy of documentation completion, highlight improvements within department performance and feed into KPI (key performance indicator) systems.
