Has led a number of operations teams within pharma and medical device companies. Having expertise in many quality systems particularly in Complaints Investigation, has implemented cross site Complaints handling programmes within a multi-site organisation. An excellent project manager and delivers projects to tight deadlines.
Holds a Degree in Analytical Chemistry and is a qualified Lead Assessor.
