Noreen Horgan – Quality and Operations Professional

Noreen has worked in various quality assurance roles implementing systems and leading personnel.

With over 18 years experience in both pharmaceutical and medical device industries Noreen is flexible and self-motivated with effective personnel management skills. She has led a number of operations teams within pharma and medical device companies. Having expertise in many quality systems particularly in Complaints Investigation Noreen has implemented cross site Complaints handling programmes within a multi-site organisation. She is an excellent project manager and delivers projects to tight deadlines.

Noreen has a Degree in Analytical Chemistry and is a qualified Lead Assessor.
